In case the Saudi Arabian government enforces their new policy requiring Hajees to leave Madina by the 5th of D.Hijjah, you will be accomodated at a building near Makkah from the 6th-7th of D.Hijjah and have full access to the builing during the 5 days of Haj.

Haj Package Includes
Important Note: All below applies to all programs.
- Round Trip Airfare from New York on Royal Jordanian or Gulf Air or Turkish Air (if traveling with Emirates, an extra $289 will be charged from LAX or $389 from NYC)
- Meet and assist in Jeddah airport with hot meal while doing Haj customs.
- Accommodation in Makkah at the luxurious 5 star Ajyad Hotel close to the Haram. Breakfast and dinner are provided (Open Buffet).
- Transportation to Madina with Saudi Air.
- Accommodations in Madina at the 5 star hotel Harmony Hotel or similar, close to the Haram with Breakfast and dinner (Open Buffet).

Departures & Arrivals

Travel Documents Required
- Valid Passport (For at least six months).
- Inoculation against meningitis.
- Brothers who have foreign passports must submit a copy of green card.
- Four recent passport size photographs with a white background.
- Complete Visa application signed by each HAJ.
- Pilgrims have non-Islamic names must have a statement from any Islamic center showing their conversion to Islam.
- Sisters who are not married and do not have Mohrem and over 45 years old must submit no objection letter from a first degree relative.
- If a wife is accompanied by her husband or relative, she must submit an original proof of her relationship or her marriage certifcate.
Haj Package Does Not Include
- Saudi Government fees for visa ($295) Cashier Check Payable to "Riverside Haj" children between 7-15 years pay $147.50, children under 7 are free.
- Cost of animal sacrifice ( Zabiha) is approximately $120-$130.
- Extra Airline Tax (in case of oil price increase).
General Hajj Information
- One U.S. Dollar is equal to 3.73 Riyals. You may exchange your U.S. Dollars freely anywhere in Saudi Arabia.
- Best rate you can get with $100 bills (Travelers checks = $3.70 require a photocopy of your passport).
- Average temperature during Haj this year will be from 60 to 70 degrees.
- Haj day (Arafat day) will fall on Nov. 5, 2011.
Terms & Conditions
The responsibility of Riverside HAJ Inc. as the tour and or their agents is limited. Riverside HAJ acts only as the agents for the passengers in making arrangements for the airlines, hotels, buses or any other services in connection with this tour and assume no liability whatsoever for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularly which may be occasioned either by reason of defect, through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers in or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or as a direct or indirect result of acts of God, dangerous incident to the air, sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities de jure or de facto, wars, weather declared or not, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, or from any causes beyond Riverside HAJ’s control, or from any loss or damage resulting from improper passports, visas or other documents. Riverside HAJ will accept no responsibility for loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or other causes by Saudi government or others. Riverside HAJ shall not be liable or responsible for any inconvenience, loss, damage or injury arising in connection with such services and will not be responsible for failure to follow instructions, including but not limited to check-in and checkout times and baggage handling. In the event of delay, it is the responsibility of the airline to determine exactly what procedures will be followed. The policy chosen by that carrier shall be based on their procedures and shall not be the responsibility of Riverside HAJ and its affiliates. Riverside HAJ will not be responsible for any person (s) missing any part of the program due to his/her negligence or delay or absenteeism at any time during the tour and will not be responsible for any additional expenses for the participant to rejoin the tour. Moreover, no changes or upgrade in the program chosen will be honored after departure as well as no refund will be given for any services rendered not utilized. Riverside Haj has the right to list travelers on the Riverside website unless person objects in writing. No refund for the whole amount if a person canceled the trip or Hajj visa is rejected by the Saudi Consulate one month prior to departure. I hereby waiving my rights to sue Riverside HAJ or any affiliation in any court of law in U.S.A. Any disputes arising out of this trip shall be submitted to a Muslim arbitration of any mosque in Saudi Arabia or U.S.A. Note, in the event that the Saudi Arabian government changes the Hijri (Islamic) calendar there will be an extra charge for accomodations. New Airline policy imposes a penalty of $500 for any changes after initial reservation has been made (e.g. changing departure and/or destination).
